VodkaVodka

Milk / Whey Vodka

Black Cow was founded by Jason Barber in Dorset, England in 2012, using the whey left over from his family's Denhay Cheddar production. The concept of 'world's first pure milk vodka' was a sustainability-driven innovation — turning a dairy byproduct into a premium spirits product — and established a new micro-category within alternative-base vodkas.
