Wine & LiqueurPort

Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Port

Developed as a more accessible alternative to declared Vintage Port, which can cost more than an evening's total wine spend and requires decades of bottle aging. LBV provides vintage character without the commitment or cost.

Flavor Profile

Vintage character at approachable price: dark fruit (blackberry, plum, black cherry), chocolate, dried herbs, more complexity than Ruby but less oxidative nuttiness than Tawny. The 'sweet spot' for bars wanting Port with personality at restaurant-friendly price.
