Whiskeywhiskey
Corn Whiskey
The direct descendant of Appalachian and frontier moonshine. Corn whiskey defined American distilling before the bourbon regulatory framework was established. Mellow Corn is Heaven Hill's bonded expression of the category.
Flavor Profile
Sweet, grainy, raw. Like liquid cornbread. Without charred barrel aging, lacks the vanilla/caramel layer of bourbon. Lighter, more grain-forward. When aged in used barrels, picks up subtle wood notes without heavy caramel.
