Flavor Profile

Sweet, grainy, raw. Like liquid cornbread. Without charred barrel aging, lacks the vanilla/caramel layer of bourbon. Lighter, more grain-forward. When aged in used barrels, picks up subtle wood notes without heavy caramel.
