Flavor Profile

Vanilla and caramel from new charred oak (maximum vanillin extraction on first fill), corn sweetness, warm finish. Dominant nodes: Sweet-Caramel and Vanilla-Oak. Lactones from American white oak contribute coconut character. Oak char contributes caramelized sugar layer.
