Wine & Liqueurvermouth
Blanc/Bianco Vermouth
Sits in the middle of the vermouth spectrum. The White Negroni put blanc vermouth on the modern map — it proved the Negroni template is a framework, not a recipe. Less historically prominent than sweet and dry styles but increasingly important in craft cocktail context.
Flavor Profile
Off-dry, floral; vanilla, elderflower, citrus blossom, white flowers, lighter than sweet vermouth without the heavy baking-spice profile. More approachable than dry but more delicate than sweet.
