Tasting Notes
Cooked agave, vanilla, light caramel, cinnamon, baking spice, honey, toasted oak, citrus, mild pepper. The oak influence is a whisper, not a shout. Good Reposado tastes like agave wearing a light jacket — you see both. Bad Reposado tastes like oak water with an agave memory. Highland Repos lean sweet-vanilla. Lowland Repos lean spice-herb-oak.
