Tasting Notes

Butterscotch, dried apricot, dark chocolate, cinnamon, clove, toasted oak, vanilla custard, caramel, leather, tobacco, dried fig. The agave is still there but it's in the background — you taste the barrel's autobiography. Extra Anejo pushes further into dark fruit, espresso, and tannic wood. Cristalino strips the color but keeps a ghost of the smoothness.
