Tasting Notes

Cooked agave, black pepper, citrus zest, white pepper, vanilla (aged), caramel (aged), wet stone, green herb, jalapeño, tropical fruit, honey. Highland Blanco leans sweet-floral-fruity. Lowland Blanco goes herbal-mineral-peppery. Aged expressions pick up butterscotch, cinnamon, dried fruit from oak.
