A rum Manhattan by another name, built for the track and the long afternoon.
Abbey Martini
A 1930s gin cocktail from the Savoy that tastes like a Martini got lost in a Spanish orange grove and decided to stay.
Tasting Notes
Dried cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla, burnt orange, clove, cinnamon, gentian root, baking spice, cola, caramel. Carpano Antica pushes vanilla and chocolate. Cocchi di Torino leads with bitter cocoa and dried fruit. Punt e Mes is a vermouth-amaro hybrid — intensely bitter. Dolin Rouge is the lightest, most approachable.
