Banana, pineapple, nail polish, gasoline (yes, really — high-ester unaged), bubblegum, Scotch bonnet pepper, white-hot ethanol, tropical fruit explosion, funk, pot-still oils, lime zest. The aroma is louder than the taste. Smell it before you sip it — the ester bouquet at 63% is extraordinary. If you recoil, add water. The flavor is still there at 40%.
