Rum - Jamaican-style aged blended rum with funk
CoreJamaica (exclusively)
Famous For
ABV40-62%. Standard expressions 40-46%. Overproof/cask-strength 57-62%.
Sub-styles
Tasting Notes
Overripe banana, pineapple, mango, nail polish (ethyl acetate — a feature, not a flaw), bubblegum, petroleum (high-ester marks), Scotch bonnet heat, allspice, dark fruit (when aged), pot-still oils, funky cheese rind. The funk smells like a tropical fruit stand on a hot day. If it smells 'off' to you, recalibrate — that is the point.
