Tasting Notes

Fresh-cut grass, sugarcane, green banana, lime zest, white pepper, olive brine, minerite, wet earth, fresh herbs (basil, mint), floral (jasmine), vegetal funk, petrol (high-proof expressions). The flavor is ALIVE in a way aged spirits cannot be — it tastes like the field it came from. If you blindfold someone, they would never guess this is related to Bacardi.
