Tasting Notes

Molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, caramel, banana, tropical fruit, baking spice, oak, tobacco, leather, funk (overripe fruit esters), petrol (high-ester Jamaican), grassy and vegetal (agricole), butterscotch, toffee, coconut. Light rums taste like clean sugarcane. Jamaican pot still smells like a fruit stand in the sun. Demerara is dark toffee and burnt sugar.
