Tasting Notes

Ruby: dark fruit, plum, cherry, blackberry, spice, fresh and vibrant. Tawny (aged): caramel, walnut, dried apricot, butterscotch, orange peel, hazelnut. Vintage Port: concentrated dark fruit, chocolate, violets, graphite, immense structure. White Port: citrus, almond, honey, dried herbs. LBV: like Ruby but more polished — dark fruit with more complexity. Rose: strawberry, light, summery — the gateway Port.
