Tasting Notes

Golden honey, ripe apricot, white flower. Lighter and more delicate than dark plum liqueurs (slivovitz family). Natural golden-amber color. Sweetness reads as honey rather than sugar — the mirabelle's signature. Finish is clean, medium-length, gently warming. The best versions capture the perfume of a ripe mirabelle — fleeting and floral.
