Tasting Notes

Fresh grape, white flowers, citrus blossom, green apple, pear, anise, minerality, banana (in aromatic varieties). Quebranta (non-aromatic): earthy, round, mild fruit. Italia and Torontel (aromatic): floral explosion, Muscat-like, perfumed. Acholado (blended): balanced, complex, best all-rounder for cocktails. Mosto Verde: richer, rounder, residual grape sweetness from partial fermentation. The grape variety IS the flavor map.
