Tasting Notes

Ripe Williams pear, honey, vanilla oak from cognac aging. Mid-palate warmth from the brandy base. Pear skin tannin meets grape tannin — more structure than typical fruit liqueur. Finish is long, warm, gently fruity. Cognac gives the backbone, pear gives the charm.
