Tasting Notes

Agave smoke, roasted earth, mineral, reduced sweetness, tropical fruit hint (in fruit versions), green pepper (in chili versions). Less intense than straight mezcal. The sweetness should support the smoke, not mask it. Still distinctly mezcal — the terroir carries through.
