Tasting Notes

Cherry stone, bitter almond, benzaldehyde, clean distillate, dry fruit, mineral, subtle floral. Clear and crystalline. Not sweet — the sugar content is low for a liqueur. The almond-nutty character comes entirely from cherry pits, not nuts. Essential cocktail ingredient voice, not a sipping liqueur.
