Brand Guide

Luxardo Maraschino ($30-35) is the industry standard and the only brand most bartenders encounter. Maraska ($20-25, Croatian, slightly sweeter). Lazzaroni ($22-28, Italian, milder). Luxardo owns this category so thoroughly that 'maraschino' and 'Luxardo' are nearly interchangeable in professional bartending. There is no well substitute -- if a spec calls for maraschino, you need maraschino.
