Tasting Notes

Overripe banana bread, tobacco leaf, burnt sugar, oak vanillin layered over tropical rot, leather, dried mango, coffee grounds, toffee with a funky undertow. The esters do not vanish - they integrate. Young aged (2-5 years): fruit-forward with wood spice. Mature aged (8+ years): tobacco, leather, and deep caramel.
