Tasting Notes
Juniper (pine, resinous), coriander (citrus-spice warmth), lemon and orange peel (brightness), angelica root (earthy dryness, binds other flavors), cassia bark (cinnamon warmth), cubeb pepper (black pepper bite). London Dry hits juniper-citrus-spice in that order. New Western leads with florals, fruits, or exotics. The nose announces the style — if you can't smell juniper first, it's probably New Western.
