Tasting Notes

Artichoke, caramel, toffee, quinine, dark sugar, vegetal earth, cinnamon, herbal bitterness, green vegetables. The artichoke reads as earthiness, not as vegetable flavor. Bittersweet with savory lean. Long, complex finish. Cynar 70 adds alcohol warmth and more assertive bitterness.
