Ripe blackberry, bramble jam, seedy tartness, dark berry, slight earthiness, hedgerow fruit. More tannic and jammy than raspberry. The seed character adds texture that other berry liqueurs lack. Deep purple-black color. The Bramble float creates a visual gradient from clear to deep purple.
