Tasting Notes

Brioche, green apple, citrus, chalk, toast, almond, white peach, pear, ginger, honey. Blanc de Blancs: lean, citric, mineral. Blanc de Noirs: richer, red fruit, more body. Vintage: toasty, complex, autolytic. Young NV: fresh, bright, appley. Aged: biscuity, nutty, honeyed.
