Tasting Notes
Hundred wild herbs: rosemary, sage, chamomile, juniper, mint, thyme, basil, cinnamon, saffron, marjoram, clove. Intensely aromatic. Emerald green color. The herbal intensity at 70% ABV is overwhelming neat — dilution in coffee or chocolate is the traditional delivery method.

Primary: Toro Centerbe ($30-40, the historic producer since 1817). Alternative: Faccia Brutto Centerbe ($35-40, American craft interpretation). Enrico Toro ($25-35). Few producers make authentic centerbe — the wild herb collection is labor-intensive. No mass-market version exists.
