Tasting Notes

Malt, raw sugarcane, tropical funk, banana, rice, musty fermentation, slight smoke, vegetal. The red rice koji fermentation creates unique esters. Closest spirit comparison: rhum agricole with malt character. Settles and integrates in diluted applications like punch.
