Tasting Notes

Incense, balsam, resin, vanilla, cinnamon, tropical wood, slight medicinal, warm spice, coconut husk. Balsamo aging is more aromatic and resinous than oak. The spirit picks up terpenes and balsamic compounds that create an almost perfumed quality. Very different from conventional barrel aging.
