Tasting Notes

Malt, sugarcane, tropical funk, banana, musty rice, slightly medicinal, raw cane, smoke, vegetal. Closest comparison is rhum agricole with a malty finish. The red rice fermentation creates unique ester profiles. Softens dramatically in punch or diluted cocktails.
