Tasting Notes

Concentrated raspberry, raspberry seed, wild berry, floral (rose petal), clean spirit, slight earthiness. Wild raspberry (sauvage) versions are more intense, tart, and musky. The spirit should explode with fruit on the nose. If it smells like candy, it is flavored, not distilled.
