Tasting Notes

Cucumber, honeydew melon, spearmint, aloe vera gel, wet stone, cantaloupe, jasmine, lime zest, green pepper, mineral coolness. Silky mouthfeel. Clean, refreshing finish. Not slimy — the liqueur extracts flavor without mucilage.

Brand Guide

Primary: Chareau Aloe Liqueur ($30-40) — the category creator, California-made from real aloe vera. Few direct competitors exist. For substitute paths: St-Germain provides floral texture, Midori gives melon sweetness, but neither delivers aloe's mineral-vegetal character.
